Reiki for Kids and Teens

Service Description

Reiki for kids and teens is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice. Since children haven't yet developed the emotional blockages that adults have, Reiki energy flows through them freely making it a great therapy for reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, balancing emotions, and helping with focus. Before the session I will discuss with both the parent and child what to expect during treatment. The parent can sit in the room during the session, if the child is more comfortable with this. Note ~ Please feel free to bring a favorite stuffy or blanket to help your child feel more comfortable during their session.
