45min- 67.00 1hr- $77(tax inc) Indian Head Massage is an ancient therapeutic practice used in India for over 2000 years, usually by Mothers on their daughters. It is part of the practice of medicine called Ayurveda, which aims to promote long life and balance the body's energies. Benefits include; Improved sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, relief from headaches, relief from eye strain, promotes hair growth, increases energy and cognitive function. During the Indian Head Massage you can remain fully clothed, (a light t-shirt or tank top is recommended), or undress the upper body to your comfort level and drape with a blanket for modesty. For the 45 minute treatment I will start with your shoulders, moving into the neck, head and face then on to the arms and hands, balancing chakras at the end of treatment. *Please note, Indian Head Massage may not be recommended if you have had recent head or neck injuries, trauma, surgery, seizures, a history of blood clots, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, skin infections or cancer*
